Using the shopping bag
At the bottom of all product pages, you will see a blue button called ‘Add To Shopping Bag’ which places the product in your personal shopping bag. A link to your shopping bag is located in the top right corner of each page, and a number alongside it tells you how many items you have placed in the bag. To view the contents of your bag, simply click on the shopping bag icon. Once you have accessed your shopping bag, you can see the details of the items in your bag and either proceed with the purchase or continue to shop..
How to pay
You can pay for purchases online using any major credit/debit card or Omorovicza Gift Cards. Payment details are to be input on the ‘payment details’ page during the checkout. The checkout procedure start at your shopping bag page. For your own security and peace of mind, Omorovicza does not keep your payment details on record.
How to change currency
The currency shown on the website is determined based on your country. You can see what country we think you are in at the top left corner of the website. If this is not correct, simply click on the country and select the good one. Countries within the UK have GBP as their currency, European countries have the EURO, and all other countries have the USD.
Gift Certificates?
You can buy a Gift Certificate for a friend or family member and add the credit from a gift certificate to your account on the Gift Certificate page. It’s easy, and it is a perfect gift that allows the recipient to choose the ideal product for their skin type.
You can apply the gift certificate credit to your account on the Gift Certificate page, or on the ‘payment details’ page during the checkout process. Only add the Gift Certificate credit to your account when you wish to purchase using your Gift Certificate.
Once you have Gift Certificate credit on your account, payments will automatically be made using this credit. Should you wish to pay using other means, you are able to cancel the use of your Gift Certificate credit on the 'confirmation' page of the checkout (the last page) by simply clicking on the cross next to your voucher number. You will then be able to pay for the order in the normal way. Don't worry, this will not cancel the credit of your Gift Certificate, so you will be able to use it another time.
Gift certificate credit can be used for one purchase, part of a purchase (in conjunction with another payment method) or for multiple purchases. There is no expiration date for Gift Cards and no minimum or maximum value. Currently, only electronic gift certificates are available for purchase online; the recipient will receive an email informing them of their good fortune.
Promotional codes?
If you have received a promotional code, you will be able to enter it on the shopping bag page during the checkout process. The discount will be displayed on the same page once the code has been entered.
Pengő Points?
Pengő Points are given to Omorovicza customers as our way of saying thank you. You will automatically collect Pengő Points by registering, making purchases, and taking part in other special Pengő promotions. You are invited to use your Pengő points as a form of payment for Omorovicza products. You are not able to use your Pengő as a partial payment toward products; you must have sufficient Pengő to buy a product outright. There is no expiration date on Pengő points. Pengő points are automatically credited to your account with all purchases, even if you are paying with Gift Cards.
