Order and shipping confirmation e-mails

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Upon shipment of your order, we will send you another confirmation email which will include the information needed to track your order online.

Shipment tracking

Your confirmation email will include a shipment reference number and will specify which company is responsible for shipping your order. If you have not received this email, your order is still processing. You will also find this information within the purchase history & order status page (find the order you wish to track and click on ‘view order).

PO Box addresses

Orders can not be reliably delivered to PO Box addresses, so please do not enter a PO Box address as the billing or shipping address. If you do so, your order will not be dispatched until an alternative address has been nominated. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
