not happy with this product

I use a lot of this skin care line. I had tried a sample of this cream and order it. The product in the jar seems different. I have very dry skin hoping this would help. I absolutely hate this product. It does not go on smooth at all. Its sticky and I feel like I am tugging on my face to get the product on. I do use serum before I apply the cream.
