Using the shopping bag
To add a product to your shopping bag click “add to bag” on product pages or “quick shop” on category pages. Your bag can be viewed using the bag icon in the top right corner. The number alongside shows how many products are in your bag. The shopping bag page shows all your purchase details and invites you to proceed to payment or continue shopping.
How to pay
You can pay for purchases online using any major credit/debit card, your Páva Points or Vouchers. Payment details are to be input during checkout page. For your own security and peace of mind, Omorovicza does not keep your payment details on record.

The funds will only be deducted from your bank account upon shipment.
Gift Certificates
You can apply Gift Certificates on the shopping basket page.

Gift Certificates can be used for one purchase, part of a purchase (in conjunction with another payment method) or for multiple purchases. There is no expiration date.

Purchase history & order status
A record of all your orders since March 2013 can be found on the My Account page. From here, you can view individual orders, find the logistics information to track shipment progress online, and even reorder past orders. Definitions of different order statuses are below.

PROCESSING; Your order has been received.
PREPARED (UNABLE TO AMEND); Your order has been passed onto the warehouse and it is about to be shipped or it has been shipped and we are awaiting the tracking details.
ON HOLD; Your order has been placed on hold and we have emailed you further details. For more information please write to
HELD BY CUSTOMER; You held this order. In this state your order will not ship. Please contact
HELD FOR VALIDATION; Your order has been held and you will have been contacted to provide supporting details.
DISPATCHED; Your order has been sent and the tracking details have been emailed.
CLOSED/CANCELLED; Your order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled.
PRE-ORDER; Your order contains a product that is unavailable at the time of purchase. It will remain in ‘pre-order’ status until stock is available, then it will proceed to ‘processing’ status and be dispatched in the usual way. See product page of your pre-ordered product for details on expected delivery.

Customs fees on imports
Product prices do not include any fees that may be levied by customs. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer not Omorovicza.
