BOOKING PROCESS

Which spa’s can I book a treatment at?
Spa’s that can be booked online are listed on the Book Treatment page .

How do I book a treatment online?
1. Select a location from the list of spas to view the available treatments
2. Browse treatments and select your preferred option
3. Select an appointment time and day that suits your schedule
4. Provide personal details valid credit card (no payment is taken). Upon completion you will be emailed your booking confirmation

Which spa’s can’t be booked online? How should I make a booking with them?
Visit the Spas & Stores page and filter the map for ‘Spa’. Click the spa pin to reveal contact details which can be used to book a treatment. If the spa can be booked online there will be a link to its booking page.

What personal details accompany online bookings?
Compulsory fields include full name, telephone number (so we can call, and for SMS reminders) and email address (for appointment correspondence).

How will I know what dates/times are available?
During checkout you will be shown a calendar displaying the appointments available at the current moment.

Can I book without specifying the treatment type?
A treatment type must be specified with online bookings. A telephone number is provided on location pages should you wish to discuss your treatment with the spa.

Can I change the treatment type at the location?
Spa’s are usually able to change the treatment type, so long as sufficient time was reserved to accommodate the new treatment type.

How else can I book a treatment?
All locations (on the Book Treatment page or Spas & Stores page) include a contact telephone number and email address which can be used to discuss and book treatments.

Can I add special requests when making a booking?
Yes, during checkout you can add special requests to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. The spa will contact you if appropriate.

Can I make group bookings?
Group bookings can not be made online. You can however make multiple appointments, one after another.

How is my booking confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation.

Do I have to pay online when I book a treatment?
No payment is required online, but a valid credit card is required during the reservation process. No payment is made, but a booking fee may be charged if you do not attend your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled without fee up to 72 hours prior.

What treatments can I have?
All treatments have been developed by Omorovicza and only use Omorovicza products. Treatments vary between locations. Treatments that can be booked online can be viewed on the location pages.

What products are used in the different treatments?
Please discuss your preferences with your therapist and they can customise the products to suit your needs.

Who will be my therapist?
Contact your spa for details. Please note that we can not guarantee a specific therapist for your appointment.

PENGO / PROMOTIONS FOR TREATMENTS

Can I spend my Pengo loyalty points on a treatment?
Pengo can not be used when purchasing treatments.

Do I earn Pengo loyalty points on treatments?
Pengo are not earned on treatments.

What promotions are eligible?
Any valid promotions are listed on the spa location page. View spa locations page. Treatments are excluded from website promotions.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING TREATMENTS

How can I cancel a treatment?
Cancellation varies between spas. Please check your confirmation email for a cancellation link. If you do not have a cancellation link please call the spa.

What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments should be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. Booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to another event date or redeemed on products.

How can I reschedule a treatment?
Rescheduling varies between spas. Please check your confirmation email for a rescheduling link. If you do not have a rescheduling link please call the spa.

Can I be refused a treatment?
If a therapist notices a skin condition upon consultation that cannot be treated but should be referred to a dermatologist, Omorovicza reserves the right not to carry out the facial and refund the treatment.

ON THE DAY
How can I prepare my skin for the appointment?
All of our facials start with a thorough make-up removal, so you don't have to worry about removing your makeup or prepare your skin in any way.

For gents it is advisable to remove any stubble prior to the facial so the Hungarian Facial Massage can be performed.

What do I need to bring to the treatment / what is proof of my booking?
No proof of booking is needed. Your name is sufficient.

Can I receive personal skincare advice?
Our therapists will gladly provide a skincare consultation. Please ask upon arrival or note this down in the ‘special requests’ section when booking online.
