Omorovicza Cosmetics is a premium skincare Brand with a global presence. Currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant.


Omorovicza is a fast growing, profitable, family run modern beauty brand looking for tenacious, entrepreneurial and fun-loving colleagues to join our expanding team.


BACKGROUND:

The Omorovicza journey begins over 2,000 years ago, when the healing properties of Hungary’s thermal waters were discovered, and the first thermal baths were built.

The secret to why Hungarian thermal waters have such remarkable healing properties lies in the unique geological features of the region. Here the earth’s crust is thinner, so waters absorb beneficial minerals more effectively as they journey to the surface.

Miraculous healings led to the building of 1,000 thermal baths in Hungary, 100 in Budapest alone.

It was in Budapest, in the 1800’s, that the Omorovicza family built a beautiful thermal bath the Rácz Fürdo, on the site of an Ottoman bath, itself built in the 1560s on a medieval healing spring renowned for its curative properties.

And it was at the Racz that Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza first observed the revitalising effect of the healing waters on their skin.



Department: Customer Services

Based: Budapest, Hungary

Reports to: Customer Services Manager, Budapest



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The customer service duty will include managing the fulfilment process of orders that take place on our website and replying to all customer emails with order, technical and beauty related questions. (Using desk.com, CMS, Authoritze.net and other systems)
  • Answering customer calls, LiveChat and contacting customers regarding promotions
  • Checking potential fraud transactions and contacting customers if clarification is needed
  • Managing online product reviews
  • Reporting on Customer Services activities, major issues, returns and cancelations
  • Help us identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, and assist in the updates
  • Complete training will be provided on the fulfilment process and to address the queries of the customers
  • Working hours / Place of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 at the Budapest office on Andrassy street


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • For us it is a top priority that the candidate must be fluent / native in written and spoken English
  • University or college diploma
  • Customer service experience (by email, phone or in person) would be great, but failing that an appreciation for what great customer service should be is crucial
  • Attention to detail, good problem solving and empathy
  • Above all, must be motivated to deliver a high quality service to customers
  • An understanding of cosmetics and skincare would be beneficial
  • Customer service is a priority for us, and we really want to provide a world class service. We are dedicated to provide all the training and assistance needed to ensure this is achieved
