Omorovicza Cosmetics is a premium skincare Brand with a global presence. Currently looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for Germany.


Based: London, UK

Responsible for: Supporting the EMEA Territory Manager and National Account Manager

Reporting to: EMEA Territory Manager


BACKGROUND:


The Omorovicza journey begins over 2,000 years ago, when the healing properties of Hungary’s thermal waters were discovered, and the first thermal baths were built.

The secret to why Hungarian thermal waters have such remarkable healing properties lies in the unique geological features of the region. Here the earth’s crust is thinner, so waters absorb beneficial minerals more effectively as they journey to the surface.

Miraculous healings led to the building of 1,000 thermal baths in Hungary, 100 in Budapest alone.

It was in Budapest, in the 1800’s, that the Omorovicza family built a beautiful thermal bath the Rácz Fürdo, on the site of an Ottoman bath, itself built in the 1560s on a medieval healing spring renowned for its curative properties.

And it was at the Racz that Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza first observed the revitalising effect of the healing waters on their skin.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the Key Account Manager in day to day management of existing German accounts
  • Ensuring Germany Sales & Marketing planners are accurately updated and maintained
  • Supporting the EMEA Territory Manager and National Account Manager with monitoring competitor activity
  • Communicate with key partners in Germany and Austria
  • Daily inbox management and general administration duties


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years’ administration experience within a busy business environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • A natural problem solver, following processes and plans to see things through to the end goal
  • A great communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with a natural ability to form positive relationships both internally and externally
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel
  • A positive, determined approach, and a team player
  • Fluent in German
